Hotel Bristol Oslo

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be excellent. The convenient Flybussen service to and from the airport was just a few meters away, making our travel hassle-free. Moreover, the hotel staff at Thon Hotel Bristol were incredibly welcoming, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, with a high standard of cleanliness and a plush, comfortable bed. We were impressed by the size of the bath and the powerful in-bath shower. The daily cleaning service was friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast included in our package was outstanding, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured our coffee cups were always full. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to pier 3 made it easy to explore the city's museums and attractions with the ferry. We were also pleased to discover affordable and delicious dining options nearby, avoiding expensive chain restaurants.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we did experience a few minor drawbacks. The price of certain food items, like a Big Mac meal, was quite steep.

From the moment we arrived, the traditional and plush atmosphere of this hotel really impressed us. the staff were polite and helpful, and the modern and spacious room provided all the luxurious amenities we required. the breakfast was exceptional with plenty of sweet and savory options that satisfied our indulgent cravings. we enjoyed relaxing at the private facilities available at the venue.

We did notice a minor issue with the towels that seemed to be of thin quality. this was easily forgotten once we started enjoying the fantastic bar and lounge area of the hotel, which served excellent cocktails and provided a great atmosphere.

The atmosphere, breakfast, beds, linen, bathroom, bar. The hotel was stunning, well-decorated, and opulent. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. Staff was friendly and flexible. The layout of the room was pleasing. a highly recommended stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our New Year's stay. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and festivities. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long night of celebrating. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a couple of things that we didn't quite enjoy. the bathroom in our room was quite small and cramped, making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably.

The only downside of our stay was the lack of communication regarding ongoing renovations in certain areas of the hotel. This resulted in dust and dirt on the floors in some parts of the building.

The rooms are well maintained and modern, with comfortable beds and a pleasant view of the surroundings. The housekeeping service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and delicious, served in a lovely dining room. The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym, perfect for staying in shape during your stay.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which may cause some inconvenience to guests.

The hotel had a great central location, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. It was also close to restaurants, shops, theaters, museums, and galleries. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and had convenient hours. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, and the Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules were a nice touch.

The decor of the hotel was a bit dated, although it was still in good shape. the AC in our room didn't work properly, and the bathroom could use some updating.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft comforters that made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The staff was super helpful, providing us with a map and great recommendations for things to do in the city. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and right in the city center.
